< While I try to find the energy and time to start the big scanning job ahead of me... here is an interesting comparison of 2 very quick teacup sketches. On the left: pre-trip just before heading to the airport. On the right: post-trip while planning the year ahead. My recent adventures in Penang and Singapore were an intensive period to work on my art. While my trips are always an opportunity to sketch non-stop, this time I approached it more experimentally. I tried numerous new things and have lots of interesting ideas to keep me going for a few months... at least. I think this comparison says quite a lot about the journey I have had in the last three weeks ... stay tuned for the scanning to start!
