So here it is… my entire teacup collection in full. This was such a fun project and it’s been great to use all my cups and to do a little research about each.
I also created a little schedule for myself to document them all and it helped me determine a few fun stats.
- Most popular brand: 41% are from T2 – no surprise here at all!
- Most popular colour: I expected it to be blue and, in fact, that was the case – 25% of my cups are blue. But it was a little surprising that I had the same number of pink cups. So it was a tie for the most popular colour.
- 56% of my teacup collection include a floral pattern and 33% a geometric one.
- I’m very happy that I have a range of English brands – Royal Albert, Shelley, Aynsley, Colclough and Coalport. It would be nice to have some Royal Doulton, Royal Crown Derby, Royal Worcester, Spode, Wedgewood etc… one day maybe?
Okay… I could go on and on about teacups but I think it’s time to have a break.
Thanks for coming on this fun journey with me. You can see all the teacups in detail here.

Lots of comments on my Instagram – including the suggestion for a poster – or teatowels… what do you think?

A poster and tea towels would be fantastic! I hope you do it, because I would be interesting in buying both.
Thank you for this post. I have been wondering where do you get them from…
Hi Marta – yes… I have a few reliable sources. In the early days they were all gifts!
