    Hi Liz,

Although we are no architects my wife and I love architecture and we have a couple of books on this beautiful subject.

My pride and joy is the "History of Architecture" by Sir Banister Fletcher 16th edition which was one of the last editions of that book before most of the line drawings were changed to photographs.

The penmanship of that book is just fantastic and your ink drawings remind me of that book everytime I see your building sketches.

    Kind regards,

    Rui

    Hi Rui,
Thank you very much for your kind comment!!

    Hi Liz,

Do you like the book? For me it is gorgeous and very informative.

If you have some spare change sometime try to get edition 16 or earlier. Sometimes there are some cheap copies floating around the web.

Although I like the photos of the later edition (my copy is not the latest btw, it is about 8 years old) I prefer the older edition and the work it took the author to produce it.

    Kind regards,

    Rui
