I am super excited to have the opportunity to organise some on-location sketching workshops in the beautiful Mannheim/Heidelberg region of Germany in August 2025 (two weeks before the Urban Sketchers Symposium in Poznan, Poland).

I opened registration to an interest list this week, and the first workshop (in Ladenburg) sold out in a few hours!

I also mentioned it in my monthly newsletter last night, and at the time of publishing this blog article, there is only one spot left for the second workshop (in Heidelberg on Fri 8 August)

We have also organised two free sketchwalks with USK Mannheim in Speyer and Mannheim before and after the workshops.

It is a dream come true to teach workshops in such gorgeous historic towns – so perfect for sketching with shapes!
