Monday randomness...

April 7, 2014 | Leave your thoughts

Some evenings I want to paint but just can’t think of the right subject (where is my rainy day list or all those abandoned projects?? somehow that feels too random…I prefer to ‘record’ my day than work on projects)
Anyway… tonight I just sketched a few random things on my desk near to my keyboard…somehow these random things are a record of the little things of today and in some way are now memorable.

Back to the start of my day… a bold start with that shake container again… but my food diary was a little half hearted… need to get back on track!

And… mid morning sketch:
Wanting to focus on brush strokes this week… so as I have a book on Tasmanian architecture out at the moment decided to be inspired by a B&W photo in the book. I had no idea what I was going to do when I started this – I just went with the flow. I am REALLY enjoying no ink at the moment….

I will be in Tasmania in May for some workshops in Hobart and Launceston (hopefully) More details soon…but please let me know if you are interested and I will keep you posted.
