Seaton Delaval

I am now in England and for the next week am doing a tour of some
great houses of different periods.
Last year one of the highlights of my trip was my visit to Castle
Howard since I am a real fan of the architects hawksmoor and Vanbrugh.
Yesterday I was very excited to visit a Vanbrugh building which has
only recently been opened to the public. A very unusual building!
This was my first sketch to get a feel for the place.....
